Compliance checklist

The disclosure items the agent must cover. Label = the chip; phrase = what the agent should say (shown in the teleprompter). CoachPal checks each one during the call.

Triggers

Describe a behavior for CoachPal to listen for, and the action to take when it happens. CoachPal judges the live call by meaning (not exact words), so paraphrases still fire. Color sets the on-call alert: red (violation), yellow (caution), green (note / good).

FMO billing (custom plans)

Set a negotiated deal for a specific FMO — their plan tier, a custom monthly cost, and total seats. A custom monthly cost overrides per-seat pricing; custom seats overrides the tier's seat cap. Look up an FMO by its GoHighLevel Company ID.

Call scripts

Scripts agents pull up during a call (the Scripts drawer), grouped by condition — promotions, special enrollment periods, back-to-school calls, and so on. Saved here, they appear live on the call, filterable by condition.
